FIRE DAMPER
Model: *BFDQ : Rectangular fire damper that has thermal fusible link melting at 72C.
*BFDR : Round fire damper that has thermal fusible link melting at 72C.
*BFDSM : 24 Volt or 220 Volt servomotor commanded fire damper.
Material: Fire damper case and blade are manufactured from 1,5 mm galvanized sheet, damper handle from 4 mm DKP sheet as for. Also, Izocam fire resistant duct board which has 50 kg/m3 density and 22 mm thickness is used between the internal walls of the blade, as for.
Technical Properties: Fire damper is used for the purpose of preventing the fire and smoke from diffusing to other places with air ducts in building ventilation systems. The fusible link mechanism that is presented at the damper provides the blade in the damper to close by driving with the return spring when it reaches at 72C and prevents the fire from diffusing to other places. Also, it can be controlled with servomotor automation system, as well. In smoke dampers as for, damper is opened with the signal coming to 24 Volt or 220 Volt commanded servomotor automation system and the smoke discharge is made. The fusible link is fixed to the damper on the face where damper handle is presented in such a way that it can be replaced easily. The fixing of case profiles to each other is made with punch and weld from corners. The joints are siliconized with fire resistant impermeable silicone.
