Material                   : Casing and blades are manufactured from galvanize sheet as being standard. Depending on demand, it can also be manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel sheet.

Technical Properties: It is used for reducing the sound transmission between the indoor and outdoor as well as for reducing the sound transmission coming from the exhaust fan or air handling unit via duct at the ends of air duct suction and exhaust lines. Blades are manufactured with 45° angle and installed to casing with 150 mm spacings. Also, blades are double-walled and the internal wall is manufactured from Ø 50 mm porous perforated sheet which is resistant to abrasion, the external wall is from galvanized sheet and glass wool with 50 kg/m3 density and 50 mm thickness is put as acoustic material between the two walls.

Coating Types        : *Electrostatic powder coating (Standard colors are RAL 9010 and RAL 9016)

                                  *Aluminium anodic oxidation.

                                  *Depending on demand, all the colors in other RAL codes are provided with enamel paint.

Installation Type    : Fixing application with screw is available.

Accessories            : *6 x 6 mm galvanized wire mesh.

                                  *10 x 10 mm galvanized wire mesh.
