Material                    : It is manufactured from galvanized steel sheet with high strength, impermeable flange and corner pieces.

Technical Properties: Air duct and fittings materials are cut in the plasma cutting machine by minimizing the wastage with high sensitivity in the dimensions given to the SMACNA "DUCT CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 1995". Our straight duct manufacturing is made in the automatic machines within the range of 120, 130, 150 - 2500 mm. Our daily duct manufacturing capacity is 500 m2 and, ducts, elbows and reductions are closed with automatic lock forming machine. Duct flange connections are made in automatic punch machine and siliconized with mastic silicone. All the hanger and fixing elements are fixed with anchor to building concrete elements. Impermeability test is made to manufactured ducts being appropriate to DW 142 - 143. Also, depending on demand, against sound and noise, acoustic insulation; against heat loss or gain as for, 25 mm duct board insulation of which one side is coated with aluminium and climaflex duct insulation can be made.

Installation Type     : Fixing application with flange is available.
